Furniture and home goods
This is where KaizenQ started. A furniture inspection moves across wood, metal, glass, upholstery, and finish: grain and color match, joints, hardware, stability, and the way a unit survives its carton and the container. Inspectors work the checklist on the floor, photograph defects and finish issues as they find them, and check carton marks, labels, and packing before loading. It all ends in one record that the factory and the buyer read the same way.

Apparel inspections are about measurements, construction, and the details a buyer notices: stitching, seam strength, trims, and labeling. Inspectors mark each checkpoint Pass, Fail, or N/A, photograph defects and tagging issues, and confirm packing and carton labels before the order closes.
Footwear inspections cover upper and sole bonding, stitching, symmetry, size marking, and the finish of the pairs as the packer sees them. Inspectors log defects with photos, mark the checkpoint result, and check labels and carton packing before the order ships.
Packaging and print work is judged on the printed result: color, registration, copy accuracy, and the integrity of the finished material. Inspectors photograph defects and color issues on the sheet, run the checkpoints, and record the packing and labeling state at the end of the run.
