About KaizenQ

Built by people who have stood on factory floors.

KaizenQ is factory quality control software for teams that run real inspections: on the floor, in real time, with a shareable report the moment the job is done.

KaizenQ was started by Hugo and Thomas in 2026, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Hugo runs LTV Sourcing Services, a Vietnam-based sourcing company serving Western furniture brands. With 15 years on factory floors across Vietnam and China, he knows exactly what poor QC reporting costs: photos scattered across chat groups, inspection notes reconstructed from memory the next morning, buyers waiting a day for information that was already stale.

He built a first tool for his own team to fix it. The buyers and factories who received those reports kept asking: where can we get this?

So Hugo and Thomas built KaizenQ: the same idea, rebuilt as a proper QC inspection app for every factory team.

Thomas brought it to production. A seasoned software engineer, he built a tool that runs on a factory phone with a weak signal, logs every action instantly, and delivers a clean structured inspection report in real time, no rework, no delay.

KaizenQ was not designed in an office. The LTV QC team ran it on live inspections from day one. The factories they work with shaped the product: testing on the floor, giving direct feedback, pushing back on anything that did not hold up under real conditions.

That is why KaizenQ works for factory teams directly, not just sourcing companies managing quality from a distance.

It launched in March 2026 and has been running on real production orders ever since.
